My name is Eddie Higgins. I was born and raised in eastern Kentucky. I retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad after 41 years of service in 2020. My wife, Cathy and I had been looking for a place to retire. A friend asked us to come and check out Sarasota, we loved it and bought here. We already loved Florida and the Gulf Coast. Whatever you want to do, it is here, fishing, golfing, the beach, bicycling or just enjoying the sunshine. I want to help other people find their place in Florida’s wonderful sunshine.
